The Plastics Pioneers Association Giving Back to the Industry
Building on our past to advance the future success of the plastics industry, the Plastics Pioneers Association is an organization of individuals who are persons of accomplishment in the industry. We support scholarships, educational programs, a history center, and more to engage the next generation of people in the world of plastics.
PPA will also be featuring historical stories here and in trade magazines, so be on the lookout for those. We look forward to continuing to serve the Plastics industry for many years to come!

WHAT WE DO
We Give Back
- We give educational grants and scholarships that help students pursuing careers in the various fields of plastics and materials science.
- Through monetary donations, we help to maintain the Plastics Collection Library at Syracuse University.
- We contribute to educational support programs such as the SPE Foundation’s PlastiVan® and PlastiVideo® which cater to primary and secondary school age students.
