SPRING CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Conference Registration for the upcoming Spring Conference event at Sarasota Yacht Club with hotel rooms at The Modern Sarasota from April 29, 2026, to May 3, 2026, where members of the Plastics Hall of Fame are invited to network with the PPA and enjoy various activities. The conference rate includes committee meetings, receptions, Fri breakfast, Sat lunch, and Fri & Sat dinners ($410).

Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations using a special PPA room rate of $265 per night guaranteed if reserved by January 29, 2026, that includes parking and resort fee (normally $467).  After January 29, the room rate depends on availability. This room rate can be used for all PPA and Hall of Fame attendees and guests.  Once in the system, you can edit the date of arrival or departure, if you plan to arrive outside of the dates for the meeting.  If you have any issues with online reservations, please call the hotel directly at 941-906-1290.

The Saturday dinner at the Yacht Club will include a special presentation by the PlastChicks, a dynamic duo of podcasters of Lynzie Nebel and Mercedes Landazuri. Their wit, banter, and Voice of Resin will educate and entertain us.

Optional activities include:

Thursday (for those that arrive early) golf at the Bent Tree Country Club at 10:00AM with tee boxes to fit every players skill level from 6,600 yards to 4,300. - we will coordinate transport with individuals by personal car.  Non golfers can take the local Trolley or rideshare to St Armands Circle for shopping and sightseeing.

Friday – Tour the Ringling Art Museums (several art museums), Circus Museum, Gardens or the Ringling residence of Ca d'Zahn. It will take several hours to view all of the exhibits, grounds, and galleries. A grill is onsite for lunch (on your own). We are coordinating transportation at 11:00 from the hotel.

Saturday – After our morning business meeting and lunch at the Yacht Club, members can board the Labarge Tropical Cruises for a relaxing narrated cruise along the shoreline, offering beautiful views of Sarasota Bay and its marine life. Food and drinks are available.
