The Plastics Pioneers Association, true to its founding purpose of fellowship and scholarship, holds two primary meetings each year. The Annual meeting takes place in early Spring in locations where the weather is warm. A Fall meeting takes place at a resort elsewhere in the country. Golf and sightseeing trips provide great fellowship opportunities, and a highlight is always the introduction of new members and hearing their stories.
Personal enrichment sessions on history, finance, health and wellness, and other timely topics are held, and tours of local attractions round out the three-day meetings. Scholarship recipients and the next generation of plastics leaders are always on the agenda.
The Board of Governors and various committees meet at formal meetings or as needed via phone:

- Membership Committee
- Investment Committee
